Ireland Video Production

Shooting video in Ireland gives you the opportunity to capture some of the world's most breathtaking views and crumbling historical relics on film. Natural beauty abounds in this small country which is home to some of the most unique formations seen anywhere on the globe. Add to the mix the idea of ruins from traditional monasteries and you have a setting that will create a mysterious yet serene feel. Traditional, vehicle free villages still exist here and can be recorded to share another version of culture that is still alive and well. Bring your hiking boots and a sense of adventure and be prepared to shoot some amazing footage.

Great team. I can trust 90 Seconds to get the job done! Thanks.Helen Hodgkinson

Top Ireland Filming Destination

Known as the "Valley of Two Lakes", this area within Wicklow Mountains National Park is complete with monastic sites, sprawling meadows and rolling hills covered in purple heather. It's the perfect spot to combine footage of natural beauty with the history of days long since past. The monastic remains are dated back to the 6th century and are said to have been founded by Saint Kevin.

Connemara National Park

Film wild ponies running free while hiking and climbing the trails that provide incredible views of the Twelve Bens mountain range. The park is home to another monastery known as Kylemore Abbey and is contained with the Kylemore Castle and estate. The grounds are open to the public and remain in good condition.

Aran Islands

Here's the spot to capture video in Ireland of a truly traditional village that will make you feel as though you've stepped back in time. Roads are free from vehicles, locals still drive pony traps and farm small plots of land and many speak the traditional Gaelic language. The area's numerous cliffs boast historic forts no longer in use and the lovely sandy beaches and sections of jagged coastline provide plenty of natural beauty as a backdrop.

The Giant’s Causeway

Listed as an UNESCO World Heritage site, this wonder of nature was formed from ancient volcanoes and stretches along a section of coastline in Northern Ireland. The rock columns are said to have the appearance of giant stepping stones and are so uniform in appearance that one could believe they were created at the hands of a giant human carver.

Cliffs of Moher

For absolute top notch views and scenes of natural beauty, the Cliffs of Moher are a must see while in Ireland. Rising over 200 meters above the Atlantic Ocean on the west coast, these cliffs provide views of the northern Maum Turk Mountains and Twelve Pins mountain range as well as the sapphire blue waters of the Galway Bay.
